Nature Trips
 
The Yo'av region offers a wide variety of trails for nature lovers, on foot, by bike and by car.
 
The winter and spring months are particularly recommended, when the area is awash with an enchanting array of flowers.
 
Some examples of recommended routes:
-          From MItspeh Massuah to Beit Guvrin which takes in part of the Israel Trail through Ramat Avisur and Tel Godded.
-          Tel Godded/Be’er Ressek – Iyei Kidon – Beit Nir – a trail established by the trail administration of the Ministry of Education, Society and Youth Administration.
-          To the Luzit Caves – a trail of the Society for the Protection of Nature in Israel (SPNI).
-          Einot Lufit – Tel Zafit – a bike trail on a Keren Kayemet LeIsrael site.
-         Haruvit Forest – on a Keren Kayemet LeIsrael site.
-          The Fighter’s Park in Haruvit Forest – suitable for the physically handicapped, on a Keren Kayemet LeIsrael site.
-          Haruvit Forest – a trail for absolutely everyone, suggested trip on the Ynet web site, travel tourism.
-          Beyond any expectations – 3 trails in the region of Tel zafit, on the Mako/vacation web site.
-          Taking a trip with Keren Kayemet LeIsrael, from Tel Zafit to Beit Nir, a Keren Kayemet LeIsrael site.
-           Trip through burrows and hills in the Beit Guvrin – Maresha National Park – the land of the thousand caves, a trail on an SPNI site.
